• A restocking fee of 30% will apply to all returned items to cover the costs of processing your return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Goods

• If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.

• Please provide a detailed description of the damage, along with photographic evidence, so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

In accordance with UK Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods, and this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
