Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in resellable condition. This means the item must be free from damage or visible wear, and all original tags must be in place.
A restocking fee of 30% will apply to all returned items to cover the costs of processing your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt.
Please provide a detailed description of the damage, along with photographic evidence, so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
In accordance with UK Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods, and this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
